Due to the unique nature of stained glass and the operations of running a small business solo, I cannot accept any returns or exchanges on products. Please read all details and measurements in product descriptions and make sure you love it before placing your order.
Cancellations & Refunds
Orders on ready to ship items may be cancelled for a full refund up until shipping time. Once a package has shipped, the sale is final.
Cancellations and refunds are not available on custom orders, and any deposit will be forfeited and handled on a case by case basis.
Elyse Marie Glassworks is not responsible for delayed, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during shipment.
